1. I reserve the right to reject any commissions at my own discretion.2. It is required that my work is credited properly.3. I own the rights to my work, which allows me to use it for any purpose (such as showing them on this website, twitter, Instagram, etc.).4. I will show you progress of the commission through discord DMs or Streams on Twitch.5. The time taken to finish a commission depends on various factors, including but not limited to: Commissioned items, Theme, Complexity, etc.6. Any additional items (e.g., osu! Taiko mode, tournament background, or profile panels) requested after the initial payment must be paid in full.7. Payment is either Half & Half or 100% Up Front. Your choice.8. Paypal, Cashapp, and Venmo are acceptable for transferring payments.9. 100% refunds are given after a day of initial request. After a week, it goes down to 50%10. Please provide a basic idea of the design you would like to commission, I can't read minds.
